Return and Refund Policy

The buyer has the right to change/return the product/cancel the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or service. By notifying the company. In the first 7 days, the company will refund the full amount that the buyer paid for purchasing the product or service.
After the said period The buyer still has the right to change/return the product/cancel the contract but it must be in accordance with the company's terms and conditions. The company will refund the money to the customer within 15 days from the date of receiving the letter of intent to cancel the contract.
However, in the case where the customer returns not all items complete. The company reserves the right to refund shipping costs.

1. Policy and conditions for returning products are as follows

    • The product must match the item ordered.
    • Customers can exchange or return products within 14 days from the date they receive the product.
    • Products in the category of fresh food, chilled food, frozen food, customers must notify of exchange or return within 3-5 days from the date of receiving the product.
    • The customer must return the product, equipment, freebies, manuals and all documents together with the merchandise receipt in the original box/box in the original condition.
    • Packaging-Packet It is not opened from the recipient of the goods and the purchaser of the goods. All items are in perfect condition and must not be damaged by the recipient of the product and the purchaser of the product, whether intentional or unintentional (in the case that the product inside is damaged from transportation or is incomplete or incorrect as ordered or deterioration or others, see reasons and conditions in section 3.)

2. Product return process are as follows

  • Step 2 Take a photo of the product or package or parcel you receive. Complete with detailed information, purchase order number and choose the reason as stated (in section 3.)
  • Step 3 Wait for verification from officials and contact you back within 24 hours.
  • Step 4 Receive a response from the official. And the Kerry delivery staff will receive the return of the product from you within 3-5 business days (not accepting the return of clothing items and all types of fresh food, frozen food). But except in the case of damage or defects or defects from the manufacturer. The company will accept product returns on a case-by-case basis.)
