วาโก้สร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับลูกค้าในกรณีที่สวมใส่สินค้าไม่พอดี หรือ รูปแบบไม่เป็นที่น่าพึงพอใจ
สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้ากับทางวาโก้โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังนี้
1. ต้องไม่มีการแกะ ป้ายรหัสและราคาของสินค้า, ป้ายบอกวิธีการดูแลชุดชั้นใน ที่ติดอยู่กับชุดชั้นใน
2. ชุดชั้นในต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิมไม่ผ่านการซัก ไม่มีคราบสกปรกที่เกิดจากการลองสินค้า เพื่อสุขลักษณะอนามัย สินค้าใส่แล้วทุกชนิดไม่รับเปลี่ยนคืน
3. สินค้าที่นำมาเปลี่ยนต้องราคาเท่ากันกับสินค้าที่ให้เปลี่ยน และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าข้ามรุ่นหรือแบบได้
4. การคืนสินค้าต้องไม่เกิน 15 วันนับตั้งแต่วันซื้อสินค้า
5. กรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้า ไซซ์/สี ลูกค้าต้องชำระค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งสินค้าเอง ยกเว้นกรณีที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของร้านค้า เช่น ส่งสินค้าให้ผิดรุ่น/ ผิดไซซ์ หรือผิดสี
เงื่อนไขการยกเลิก การคืนเงิน/คืนสินค้า
1. หลังจากได้รับสินค้าแนะนำให้มีการถ่ายภาพหน้ากล่องเพื่อให้เห็นรายละเอียดและน้ำหนักหน้ากล่อง รวมถึงถ่ายวีดีโอตั้งแต่ก่อนแกะกล่องพัสดุทุกครั้ง เพื่อสะดวกแก่ลูกค้าในการทำเรื่องเคลมค่าเสียหายจากทางขนส่ง
2. สินค้าโปรโมชั่น/Flash sale และสินค้าในหมวดหมู่กางเกงในที่สวมใส่แล้ว ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า
3. ไม่สามารถยกเลิกออเดอร์หลังจากมีเลขที่พัสดุขึ้นที่ข้อมูลการจัดส่งแล้ว
4. การคืนเงิน/คืนสินค้า ต้องผ่านระบบการขอคืนเงิน/คืนสินค้าของ Shopee เท่านั้น
และส่งสินค้า (คลังสินค้า อาคาร 5) บริษัท ไทยวาโก้ จำกัด (มหาชน) - รับคืน ร้าน Wacoal Thailand กรณีที่ลูกค้ากดยอมรับสินค้าแล้วหรือคำสั่งซื้อสำเร็จแล้ว ไม่สามารถคืนเงิน/คืนสินค้าได้
5. บริษัทเปิดทำการวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08.00 น. - 17.00 น. หยุดทำการวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
**หากลูกค้ากดยืนยันรับสินค้าแล้วแต่ไม่มี VDO หลักฐาน ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินทุกกรณี เนื่องจากขนส่งไม่รับพิจารณาเคลมค่าเสียหายในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่มีหลักฐานยืนยัน ยกเว้นกรณีที่เป็นความผิดพลาดที่เกิดจากร้านค้าเท่านั้น
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
