How to maintain
- Use a clean, dry, soft cloth to wipe the leather clean.
- In case of using a wet cloth, the cloth should be wrung out until damp and then wiped on the leather.
- Do not use cleaning agents. If you are going to use them, study carefully first.
- Be careful not to get the bag too wet, as this may cause odor, wrinkle, or shrink the leather.
- If the leather gets wet, it should be dried in a shady and dry place. Never use a hair dryer or dry it in the sun.
- For metal parts, always wipe with a damp cloth, then wipe with a dry cloth after the damp cloth.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
